Sensory Active Sports (S.A.S)
Sensory Active Sports launches this January!* Aimed at teens and adults of all abilities, this exciting new project will incorporate gentle sensory based warm-up exercises with fun team games including badminton, basketball, table tennis, dodge ball, football, cricket and frisbee followed by a relaxing 'cool-down' session. A great way to kick start your new year!
Led by Project Co-Ordinators with experience in Fitness and qualifications in Health & Social Care plus trained volunteers, S.A.S will run every Thursday morning 10.30am-12pm, and will followed by an optional 2 course lunch.
Just £3 pp with carers free of charge!
Stay for lunch for an additional £4.

Sensory Social is our brand new social club for teens, adults and the elderly with learning difficulties launching this New Year. Explore a range of different board games, art activities, card games, and puzzles whilst enjoying the music, lights and ambience of the Sensory Room. A perfect opportunity to relax and unwind whilst making new friends!
Sensory Social will run every Monday* 1pm-3pm and is preceded by our Monday Lunch Club offering a 2 course meal at 12pm.
